Yes. We use a simple $10 travel fee across our service area. For locations beyond our 70 km radius, we provide a custom travel quote before booking so you can approve it in advance.

What is the minimum booking rule?

Interior Basic must be on the invoice for any booking. Exterior Basic cannot be booked alone; it is designed to be added to Interior Basic or Interior Premium. This rule keeps travel efficient and ensures we deliver a meaningful result at each visit.

Do we support EVs and hybrids?

Yes. We are EV-safe and hybrid-safe. We use low-moisture processes near charge ports and high-voltage components and avoid high pressure around sensitive areas. You get a clean cabin and exterior without risk to your vehicle systems.

Can we work in condos or garages?

Yes, where building rules allow and ventilation is adequate. You secure a legal parking space and any concierge or building approval. We use low-moisture methods and control runoff where required, so condo and underground work stays compliant and tidy.

What are our standard working hours?

We work 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM year-round. We also offer after-hours by request for a $50 surcharge, with the latest start time set case by case.

Interior packages add $20 for small SUVs or trucks and $39 for SUVs with a third row. These adjustments reflect the extra seating, cargo areas, and surfaces we clean and protect. Oversize or commercial vehicles may have a surcharge quoted after a quick assessment.

Is salt stain removal included in interior packages?

Yes. Salt stain removal is included with our interior detailing packages. We do not charge extra for tackling common winter salt marks on carpets and mats in Mississauga and the GTA.

How do you handle pet hair and odours in family vehicles?

We offer a flat $39 Pet Hair Removal add-on to deal with light or heavy fur. For odours, we always remove the source first with deep vacuuming, shampoo, and extraction. We use enzymes for organic spills like milk or pet accidents, steam for sanitization, and ozone for persistent cabin-wide odours. Odor Elimination is a flat $49 starting price, with the best results achieved after thorough cleaning and drying.

Why can’t Exterior Basic be booked alone?

Exterior Basic is a maintenance wash designed to be paired with an interior package during one mobile visit. This keeps travel efficient and makes sure we deliver a complete result. You can add Exterior Basic to Interior Basic or Interior Premium, or choose Exterior Premium or Ultimate when you want protection and decontamination steps.

What’s included in Exterior Ultimate for paint decontamination?

Exterior Ultimate includes clay mitt decontamination and iron removal to lift bonded contaminants and fallout, followed by a machine-applied wax for protection. Clay, iron, and tar decontamination are included only in Exterior Ultimate; with other packages, we can add these steps at an extra charge if your paint needs it.

How do you protect matte paint, wraps, and PPF?

We use pH-neutral shampoos and detail sprays that are safe for matte, satin, vinyl wraps, and paint protection film. We do not apply gloss-adding waxes or sealants to matte surfaces. If you book ceramic coating for matte or satin finishes, we use products designed to preserve the factory sheen.

Do you detail engine bays, and is it safe?

Yes. Engine Bay Detailing is a $49 add-on. We use low pressure, cover sensitive electronics, and avoid flooding. We are not liable for pre-existing leaks or brittle plastics, and we seek owner consent before working on classic or exotic engine bays. Safety and preservation guide every step.

What’s the policy for heavy dirt or cluttered interiors?

We apply an Extra Dirty Vehicle Fee of $0 for light, $10 for medium, and $20 for heavy soil levels. If the interior is not cleared, we charge a $10 handling fee for removing personal items or child seats. These small adjustments cover the extra time needed to reach a proper result.

Do you offer mobile truck interior detailing in Mississauga?

Yes. We currently provide interior detailing for trucks, including cab deep cleaning, plastics and trim care, glass cleaning, odour treatments, and full shampoo and steam of carpets and seats. We also offer a Sleeper Truck Interior service when applicable. We do not offer exterior truck or trailer detailing at this time. Fleets are welcome, and we quote by vehicle count and condition.

How does mobile RV or boat detailing pricing work?

We use simple per-foot pricing. RV Interior Ultimate is $16 per foot, RV Exterior Ultimate is $12 per foot, and RV Complete Ultimate is $25 per foot. Boat Interior Ultimate is $16 per foot, Boat Exterior Ultimate is $12 per foot, and Boat Complete Ultimate is $20 per foot. We tailor processes for marine and RV surfaces, including non-skid decks, slide-outs and seals, and optional roof washing and solar panel cleaning.

What should I expect from your window tinting service?

We provide mobile ceramic and nano-ceramic tint installation with a lifetime guarantee on the film against bubbling, peeling, and discolouration. Pricing is clear by vehicle type, with optional transparent or chameleon windshield tints and tint removal services. We charge the same $10 travel fee used across the site and install manufacturer-backed films with clean, accurate patterns.

What should I know before booking ceramic coating?

All coating packages include Stage 1 paint correction to refine the finish before application. We include two complimentary maintenance washes after installation. Avoid washing for 24 hours. Park under cover when possible on day one. Mobile coating depends on weather and workspace suitability. We offer 3-year and 5-year options with sedan and SUV pricing, plus add-ons for extra paint correction, wheel coating, and window coating.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

If you provide an indoor garage with adequate ventilation, we proceed when it is safe. If you do not have a suitable garage and weather makes mobile work unsafe, we reschedule to the next available window. When travel itself is unsafe, we reschedule all affected bookings. We keep you informed so your day stays predictable.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations inside the notice window incur a fee of 50% of the selected package. One reschedule is allowed per booking. This policy protects technician time while keeping flexibility for real-life changes.

How do payments, deposits, and taxes work?

We accept cash and e-Transfer. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We do not require deposits at this time. We add HST at checkout and provide a proper invoice. We do not publish an HST number on the website; it appears on invoices as needed.

Are you insured, trained, and certified?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Our team is trained and certified in window tinting, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, ceramic coating, and paint correction. Certification names vary by course and vendor, so we list skills rather than brand names.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If we miss an area or leave a defect within the scope of your booked package, we will return for a rework within 48 hours. This is not a promise to remove every stain or smoke odour, but it is a commitment to stand behind our work and make it right when we fall short.

Is headlight restoration guaranteed to last?

No. Headlight restoration is a $79 service with no warranty. Plastics vary by age and UV damage, and results can fade over time. We set accurate expectations up front and recommend ongoing protection to slow re-oxidation.

Can you guarantee smoke odour removal?

We can often achieve a significant reduction, especially when we combine deep cleaning with ozone treatment, but we do not promise complete removal in every case. Odours that have penetrated headliners, foam, and HVAC ducts may require multiple visits or targeted part replacement.

How do discounts and referrals work?

For multi-car bookings at one address, after three cars we apply 10% off Full Detail packages and 5% off Interior packages. Referred customers receive $5 off on Full Detail. We plan to offer bundles and memberships in the future, but we will not publish membership pricing until it is final.

What are your contact priorities for urgent bookings?

Phone or text is best for fast scheduling. The website booking form is our second choice, and social media DMs come third. For same-day or next-day requests, please call or text so we can coordinate quickly.

Do you serve fleets, dealerships, and commercial clients?

Yes. We handle fleets and dealership prep across the GTA. We ask for safe on-site parking and reasonable access to keys. We quote volume discounts by vehicle count, condition, and frequency and can schedule after-hours with the standard $50 surcharge if needed.

Do you handle biohazards and mould?

Yes. We manage biohazard incidents such as vomit, blood, and mould with proper PPE and safe disposal. Mould removal shows “starting from $49” for marketing consistency, with final pricing after a phone assessment. Severe cases may require inspection and multiple visits for safety and full remediation.

Can you detail motorcycles?

Yes, by quote only. We have no public price table yet. Tell us the model and condition and we will provide a fair estimate and recommended scope for your bike.

What do you do with photos or videos?

We may take before-and-after photos or short clips for our website and social pages. We blur plates and faces by default. If you prefer no images, tell us and we will skip documentation on your vehicle.
